I carry out the wildlife conservation assessment of approval procedures for the construction and operation of wind power stations in the district and regional planning. My work includes extensive knowledge of the current species protection law according to thr Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG) and the Habitats Directive, as well as the biology and ecology of species sensitive to wind power, above all the red kite (Milvus milvus).
